The holiday apartment is in a low 3rd floor with easy to manage stairs (sorry no elevator). There is a large terrace that overlooks the gorgeous sights close by- Basilica da Estrela, Assembleia da Republica, Praca das Flores. Nothing like sipping a cocktail in the terrace overlooking the sun setting under the Bridge 25 de Abril, the river Tejo and the Atlantic in the distance. Perfect after a day of sightseeing.
Tube/ Subway in Rato is a mere 7-10 minutes away. And there are buses in the vicinity.
The vacation apartment features 3 Bedrooms (one with a double bed and the remaining two with convertible 1King size bed or two twins). One of the bedrooms is en-suite with their own bathroom and one of them features a private balcony with city views, while the other has direct access to the terrace. For large groups, there is one sofa with a double bed, two folding beds and a baby cot/ portable crib. This vacation apartment has high quality linen/bed sheets, hypoallergenic duvet/comforters, and fluffy cotton towels available free of charge.
There are two bathrooms in the property- fully equipped with thermostatic showers, and one has a bathtub also with a thermostatic shower.
The living area features a comfortable couch, and chairs, and a large 42inch TV and a Home Theater system. In the upstairs there is a small rest area. WIFI/ Internet is complimentary. The windows offer striking views.
The dinning room area features a table seating six extendable to 10. The Kitchen is open plan and is fully equipped with cutlery and china for 12. Key large appliances are available –blender, coffee maker, kettle etc. are available in this apartment.
The vacation apartment has Central Heating and AC for your comfort. It also has Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave etc.
The terrace is a sea of tranquility enabling you to soak up the city.
