The apartments are part of a tidy apartment of a total of 46 apartments spread over three floors. The complex has an elevator. The complex has its own car park for each apartment has a private parking. The apartments are renovated late 2011, repainted and a brand new fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and dishwasher. In both apartments is a laminate made some apartments suitable for people with allergies. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Apartment number 24 has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 2-4 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs and elevator. Apartment number 8 is slightly smaller and has 1 bedroom and is daarorm suitable for 1 or 2 persons. This apartment is on the ground floor. Through the administrator can be bought coins for the washing machine and dryer. I am a Dutch owner and speak a little German. The lease will I send in Dutch.

Light and modern apartment on the first floor, features brand new kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer and microwave oven magentron. The apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed. Both bedrooms are large sliding door closets. The living room has a large flat screen TV which several digital channels can be received. In addition, a wide range of digital radio stations. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the dunes. At this moment there is no internet in the apartments but it is expected that this will be built in 2012.

The Beach Apartments are in Callantsoog a stone's throw from the beach and the lively village with its many restaurants and a supermarket which is open 7 days a week. In the immediate vicinity: Schagen, Den Helder and Alkmaar. In the vicinity is the natural "Swan Water 'which can be a nice walk. Golf is available in the immediate vicinity. Julianadorp is a 9-track hols: Ooghduyne. In Alkmaar is an 18 hole course. In addition, courses developed and Dirk Winkel Horn.

  • The apartment is rented without bed linen and hand / tea towels. You should bring your own. Pillows and duvets are present.
  • The apartment is furnished with care, but since I do not live nearby, I can not check the apartment every week. However, if you miss something in the kitchen you can buy it at the Blokker around the corner (7 days a week). I will then reimburse the costs. This applies also for a broken lamp.
