This beach front apartment with communal swimming pool situated in the heart of the Port of Alcudia. One of the most sought after apartment blocks in the port. There are two swimming pools, one large pool for the swimmers and one for the toddlers / non swimmers, you will find sunbeds around the the pool side area these are free of charge and on a first come first serve bases, although there are amples to choose from. Magnificent views from the apartment of the pool and the beach / sea, dining on the terrace with these views is a must. The apartment is on the 2rd floor with a lift available. There is a small kitchen with all electrical appliances. A dining / lounge area with views of the sea/beach and swimming pool with access to the terrace with reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area along with TV / satelite. There is a double bedroom with sea views and access to the terrace area. One twin bedroom. There is a bathroom complete and a separate toilet.

Distances: This apartment is in the heart of the port of Alcudia a car is optional as you have everything you need on your doorstep. There is a bus stop to the left of the apartment linking you to the old town of Alcudia, Port of Pollensa and also Pollensa a bus can also be caught to Palma from here. Over the other side of the road there is a bus stop taking you to Playa de Muro, Sa Albuferra, Can Picafort, Son Baulo area. There is also a taxi rank, horse drawn carriages nearby.

The apartment is within easy walking distance to Old Town Alcudia with it's wonderful market on a Tuesday and Sunday. The water park is also within easy walking distance from the apartment this is ideal for all ages.

Alcudia is a very popular destination for holiday makers with its long sandy beaches, alcudia has the biggest bay on the island running right round to Can Picafort, you will even find a little park for the children on the beach by the apartment and for those that like to take a stroll or brisk walk you can walk from the port via the beach or walkway at the side of the beach to Can Picafort. Some really nice beauty spots, secluded sunbathing areas with trees to act as shade or cover, beach bars en-route. Beautiful!

Activities: Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads. Alcudia also hosts the Iron Man event that is held every year. This is right by the apartment and is ideally situated for those taking part or expectation.

Alcanada Alcudia is a championship standard 18 hole golf course, with stunning sea views from almost every fairway and is approx 5min drive away. Not to be left out, non-players can enjoy a sumptuous lunch from the clubhouse terrace. Pollensa Golf Club is approx a 15 min drive away.Nearby there is a gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, tennis, paddle courts, all within a short walk away, also shows/discos. Bicycle hire, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, jet skis, water skiing, lots more on offer.

Walking/Trekking the north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in Autumn and Spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling? Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia), it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics? The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife.

Do not forget the Iron Man event that takes place every year this is right outside the apartment, great location for all of the all year round cycling that takes place on the island.

Location. Not only is the apartment on the beach front line but it has wonderful views of the marina together with the benefit of two communal swimming pools. The apartment is 100 m from the actual Port of Alcudia with all its attractions and full range of amenities. Alcudia bay is the largest sandiest bay on the island with all water sports available. The car free promenade just outside the apartment that takes you to the port area or you can walk right around the coast line through playa de Muro leading on to Can Picafort. A car is not necessary as there are a constant flow of buses, taxis and horse carriages all waiting to take you anywhere on the island, however there are some wonderful places easily accessible on foot, especially the beautiful, walled, old town of Alcudia with it's twice weekly market - not to be missed. Great boating trips around the island.

Alcudia is ideal for all ages whether its a relaxing holiday you are looking for or an activity holiday. The apartment is also near to the water park.

There are lots of golf courses nearby you will find the very popular Alcanada golf course some 4km away. Or the Golf course of Pollensa. Going the other way around the island but again near to us are Golf at Arta, Cala Rajada.

Old historic walled town of Alcudia with amenities is less than a mile away. Alcudia water park is approx 3/4 of a mile away. Pollensa town with its winding streets, ancient churches and famous 365 steps leading up to one of the many churches also Puig de Maria with years of history can be reached by car/bus, then on foot to the monastery and with breathtaking views approx 20 mins drive/ bus ride away. Can Picafort with its pavement cafes and competition go-carting track approx 15 mins away.
