This spacious 2-storey home situated in exquisite Sunset Lakes has the location and lifestyle to make this your escape from the ordinary. This home features 2 living rooms, formal dining room that seats 6 people, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook that seats 4. The home has 3 TV's (27"TV in the family room, 27" TV in the downstairs master and a 20" TV in the upstairs master. There are 6 bedrooms including 2 masters and 4 bathrooms. The bedrooms downstairs consisit of a master with queen bed and en-suite bathroom and there's also a twin bedroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms consisting of the main master bedroom (ceiling fan included) with a large en-suite bathroom that includes his n' her vanities, bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet room, walk-in-closet and there is even a balcony off the master bedroom with lovely views of the lake. The other bedrooms upstairs are a full bedroom with a view of the lake and 2 twin bedrooms with one having a lake view. Apart from the en-suite bathroom upstairs, there is a communal bathroom while downstairs there is another communal bathroom in addition to the en-suite bathroom. The front living room has a sofa bed and both living rooms have tiled floors and ceiling fans. This home will accommodate up to 14 people comfortably. The screened patio at the back of the home overlooks the lake with hedges on either side to give you plenty of privacy while lounging around the swimming pool. The deck has a covered lanai with ceiling fan and light. The pool deck furniture consists of a round table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers all tubular with cushions.
