This lovely 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single-storey home located in the Sand Hill Point community features 2 living rooms, formal dining area that seats 8, fully equipped kitchen with separate breakfast nook that seats 4. The 4 bedrooms consist of a 1 king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. The en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom has his and her vanities, garden tub (bath), wall-mounted hairdryer and separate shower cubicle and toilet while the queen bedroom also benefits from having an e-suite bathroom with toilet, single vanity and bath with overhead shower. There is a third communal bathroom as well with bath and overhead shower with vanity and toilet. There are 5 TV's (27" TV in the family room with DVD player, 20" TV in the master bedroom, 15" flatscreen TV in the queen bedroom and 14" TV's in both twin bedrooms). There is also a stereo player in the front living room. All the living areas are tiled and both the family room and master bedroom have ceiling fans. There is a sofa bed in the front living room, which allows the home to accommodate 10 people comfortably and there is a desk and chair in the family room and high speed wireless internet. Out on the west-facing pool deck, there is a heatable electric pool, covered lanai with ceiling light, upgraded patio furniture consisting of 2 square tables, 8 chairs and 3 loungers, and there is also a pool safety net. The pool deck is very private with no homes overlooking the rear of the deck.
