A gracious Cape Town Residence which for 45years was the home of the Dutch consulate/ embassy in the Cape. For those who value privacy and seclusion and want to experience the Constantia winelands whilst being on the doorstep of Cape town and all that this city, elected as design captial of the world for 2014, has to offer. Secure but very private in large grounds (4 acres, 1.7 hectares) with spacious reception rooms and large pool. Ideally situated close to shops, restaurants, the Constantia winelands and beaches but completely secluded.

Situaled on a ridge with 360 degree views, this is ideal for those who want the ultimate luxury, space.

Wonderful country walks in every direction, but within 5 mintue drive to a collection of over 10 restaurants and coffee shops it offers a the graciousness of the Cape with the feeling of Steenberg.

Currently being redecorated, the pictures show it in its undecorated state, but will be updated as each room is completed.

There are 5 superb Constantia wineries within 5 minutes drive, or a 30 minute walk. Constantia is the premier wine area of the Cape and situated within Cape Town itself.

There are 4 different greenbelts within a few 100 metres of the property.
