This home located in Westhaven has a living room, dining room that seats 8 people, kitchen with dining area, 5 bedrooms (2 of which are masters), 4 bathrooms, high chair, 3 TVs (32" TV in the living room and a DVD player, 19" TV in the master bedroom and the second master bedroom has a 13" TV), private swimming pool with screened in patio area (2 tables, 10 chairs, 1 foot rest and 2 loungers), sofa bed in the living room, and will sleep 12 people. There is a large deck upstairs off the master bedroom and second bedroom. The rear of the home faces trees with houses on either side.
Westhaven is a secure gated community accessed through an attractive landscaped boulevard and is easily one of the very best locations around. The community overlooks a lake surrounded by conservation area and it backs onto orange groves. The Abbey offers a range of recreational activities. All attractions are easily accessed and the Disney gates are just 10 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is about a 40 minute drive. Each home is positioned on a single road laid out in such a way that no home backs onto any others, giving maximum privacy to the pool deck.
