Built of the finest reclaimed Istrian stone this spacious, light and airy house enjoys the most privileged, elevated position facing inland standing over neatly manicured olive trees and grapevines. Spreading out before you is a breathtaking sweep of hills overlooking the Mirna Valley, punctuated by the hilltop medieval strongholds of Groznjan, Motuvun, Buje and Buzet in the distance and – last but not least the marvellous sea. Sovinjac is located right between the cosy east coast and the marvellous west coast. Unquestionably, this is quintessential Istria. Each area is clearly defined within the welcoming, open layout where the splendid dining room is generously bestowed with a large double door and a wide opening sliding door to take full advantage of the striking view. Both share a covered terrace which also feasts over the surrounding rural panorama. The living room offers the choice for a second terrace to be chosen both in the morning and afternoon in the gorgeous sunset.

In both periods 'early springtime' and 'late year autumn' minimum stay of a certain number of nights is possible as well as a discount of 10% when booking two weeks.
  • Will consider part week bookings outside the peak season. A 25% deposit is payable upon booking, balance payment 8 weeks before departure, Euros 350 refundable damage deposit. You should arrange your own cancellation insurance. A tourist tax is payable on arrival.

The Villa is such a great home to stay I would recommend it to friends as a preffered tip. We really enjoyed iour stay. It is quiet with a lot of space, a great lounge and pool. Just a perfect place to stay.

Comfortable villa in quiet environment

Beautiful home, well-equipped. Separate private quarters with each master bedroom. This house is ideal for 3 couples with a total of 3 children. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the swimming pool or the beautiful terraces but it was very easy to travel to all parts of Istria from this location. A car is required to spend your vacation here, even if you do not plan to do much sightseeing. The owner and agency are very responsive.
We would definitely recommend this villa for your next vacation.

Excellent villa, new, well equipped, even better than description. Property clean, pool well-maintained. Customer service of good quality. Yes, we would recommend this property to our friends or even more - we consider to come back another year - maybe in the autumn - for wine, olives and figs :-)
