The townhouse has 3 bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds), a dining room that seats 10 people, 2.5 bathrooms and a sofa sleeper (which brings the total accommodation up to 8 people) 2 TVs and 1 DVD. The townhouse backs a lake for viewing the beautiful Florida scenery and wildlife.

The newly constructed and luxurious townhouse community of Fiesta Key is less than 10 miles from the Disney World Main Gate. A spacious clubhouse, complete with a fitness center, heated pool, spa, playground and tennis court provides something for everyone in the family! 5 minutes to nearby shopping center, I-4 providing you easy access to all of Central Florida, a 24-hour Wal-Mart Supercenter, and approximately 20 miles to downtown Orlando, 9 miles from Sea World and 1 hour to the Atlantic Ocean beaches.
