Sleeps 14, 6 bedroom villa with 4 bath. The villa has an upgraded furniture pack which was replaced in 2010 along with new carpeting. The villa benefits from a south facing pool and spa and has been installed with florida glass privacy screen. There are 2 master king suites, 2 queen beds and 2 twin rooms plus sofa bed. We have a large games room with sitting area. Situated in the beautiful gated community of high grove, which has a superb clubhouse.

Welcome to sun set villa at high grove resort. As soon as you step though the front door you will know you have made the right choice. This executive 6 bedroom 4 bathroom home is tastefully furnished and is truly home from home. The screened, pool and spa are south facing but there is a lanai which offers a shaded area. The garage has been converted to a games room with pool table, table tennis and table football it has a sitting area and t.V. High grove is a purpose built gated community which features a fabulous clubhouse, with all the facilities you would expect from a top rated vacation resort. Situated at the end of the 192 on us 27 and only 10 minutes from disney. Devaneys irish pub is at the front of the community so you can have a meal without taking the car. Other restaurants and supermarkets are only minutes away. It is an ideal location for your vacation.

Booking Notes:

A $200.00 or £100.00 per week non-refundable deposit is required on

all reservations within 10 days.

Balance is due 8 weeks before check in, if fully payment is not received

we reserve the right to cancel the booking. An additional security

deposit of £200.00 or $300.00 is also payable with the balance and will

be returned to the guest providing there are no damages to the

property. The payment will be returned within 7 days from the end of

the stay.
