This lovely 5 bedroom (2 masters), 5 bathroom two-storey home features an open plan living room with formal dining area that seats 6, fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast nook that seats 4 - all with tiled flooring. The bedrooms downstairs consist of a master bedroom with king-size bed and phone along with an en-suite bathroom that has his n' her vanities, shower cubicle, walk-in-closet and toilet room, a queen bedroom also with ensuite bathroom that has a single vanity, shower cubicle and a separate toilet room. There is also a twin bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds. You will also find a communal bathroom downstairs. Upstairs you will find 2 further bedrooms. They are a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 full bathrooms as well. There is plenty to keep the family amused with 5 TV's and a DVD player (32"TV in the family room with DVD player, 19" flat screen TV in the downstairs king master bedroom, 14" TV in the downstairs queen master bedroom, 20" TV in the upstairs king bedroom and another 20" TV in the twin upstairs). The home also has wireless internet access. You will find a sofa bed in the family room that will allow the villa to accommodate up to 12 people.
The home is located across the street from the children's playground located in a grassed crescent which includes a playing field (75 yards x 35 yards). At the rear of the villa on the deck, you will enjoy your own private electric heatable swimming pool with spa. The pool deck has a large covered lanai with ceiling lights, safety net for those with young children and upgraded metal pool deck furniture consisting of 4 chairs, 4 loungers a table and a side table.
