This spacious home with high volume ceilings features 2 living rooms, formal dining area that seats 6 and a breakast area that seats 4. There are also 4 bedrooms (1 queen bedroom, 1 full bedroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds) and 3 full size bathrooms. The home benefits from having 3 TVs (37" flat screen TV in family room, 27" TV in master and 20" TV in 2nd bedroom). Enjoy your own private south-facing swimming pool after a busy day at the theme parks, shopping or sightseeing. The pool deck includes a table, 4 chairs, 2 loungers and a reclining chair with foot stool and all are tubular with cushions.
Lake Berkley Resort is just off US Highway 192 behind Medieval Times. Situated in a pristine setting far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to Walt Disney World (10 minutes drive), Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive and 22 major golf courses including Bay Hill, Disney courses, Celebration and Harmony. You will be only minutes from Premium Outlet Mall, The Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia, BJ’s and Sam’s Club and every restaurant from chain restaurants to exclusive restaurants. Wal-Mart is only a 4-minute drive away. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away and Sanford Airport is only 1 hour away.
This exclusive gated community houses a large lake (with beach and volleyball and BBQ area) which is home to a wide range of waterfowl and beautiful birds. Also on site is a private clubhouse (open from 8am ~ 10pm) with a community pool, hot tub, covered lanai and open terrace with sun-loungers, tables with umbrellas and chairs. The pool is open from 8am ~ dusk. In the clubhouse you will find a Cyber Space room that includes computers, desks, and printers, an exercise room, games room that includes several card tables, arcade games and 2 pool tables, gift shop and snack shop.
