Our single-storey villa consists of 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms - two of which are en-suite. It is equipped to the highest of standards with 5 TV's, a DVD player, games room in the garage that includes a PS. There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with attached dining area that seats 8 people comfortably. For those of you that do not want to wash up after a family meal there is a dishwasher! In the living room you will find an entertainment centre with 27" TV nad DVD player with lots of games, ceiling fan, direct access to the pool deck and a sofa bed that allows up to 10 people to sleep in the home. The two master bedrooms consist of the first master with king bed, ceiling fan, walk-in-closet and en-suite bathroom that has an oval bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet room, 2 vanities and a tiled floor. The second master has a queen bed with closet and en-suite bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, single vanity and a tiled floor along with direct access to the pool deck. The other two bedrooms consist of two single beds in each room, and share a communal bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and single vanity.
There is a large kitchen area, which is stocked with all the necessities to make it feel like your own! There is a dining area attached to the kitchen, which has a table that seats 8 people. For those of you that do not want to wash up after a family meal there is a dishwasher! There is a sofa bed in the living room which allows up to 10 people to sleep there.
The patio is decorated wonderfully and consists of 2 chaise loungers, a dining table for 6 and a bar that has 4 bar stools. There is a shaded lanai with a ceiling fan to escape the hot Orlando Sun!

Calabay Parc is one of the most sought after, stylish and celebrated vacation communities in central Florida. Situated in a conservation area surrounded by orange groves and woodland, all lawns and landscaping are maintained on a regular basis to keep up its immaculate appearance. At the southwest corner of the community you will find a children’s play area equipped with 4 swings, 2 slides, and a gazebo for parents to sit in the shade while the kids play. There is also a grass area with volleyball net for extra enjoyment. Calabay Parc is situated on Highway 27, between US Highway 192 and I-4, and is within minutes of many golf courses, including the spectacular Champions Gate Golf Complex. Two miles on Highway 27 is a Publix Supermarket along with other convenience stores. A new Super Wal-Mart is just 3 miles further, just over the junction of Highway 192. Six miles south on Highway 27 is another Super Wal-Mart, restaurants, banks and shopping. Interstate 4 is just 4 miles south on Highway 27, taking you straight to all the theme parks, downtown Orlando, Gulf Coast or the Atlantic Coast. Disney World is an easy 10-15 minute drive and Universal, Sea World and all the other attractions are just a few minutes further. Calabay Parc is an immaculately maintained and peaceful community.
