This beautifully furnished, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single-storey home offers everything you will need for a week or two of self indulgence. The home is located in the prestigious development of Highlands Reserve, which boasts one of the best 18-hole championship golf courses in the area.
The villa has 2 living rooms, a formal dining room (seats 6 comfortably) with tray ceiling, fully equipped kitchen that also includes a desk and chair, breakfast nook with seating for 4 and 2 bar stools. There are 5 TV's (27"TV in family room with VCR player, 26" TV in master, 20" TV in full bedroom, 20" TV's in both twin bedrooms). The front living room has a sofa bed while the family room has direct access to the pool deck, has a ceiling fan and is tiled with an area rug. The 4 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, consist of a master with its own sitting room that overlooks the pool and deck, spacious en-suite bathroom with separate his and her vanities, a garden tub (bath) with jets, a very spacious shower cubicle and spearate toilet room. The other 2 bathrooms consist of a communal bathroom between the two twin bedrooms and a bathroom, which may be utilised as an en-suite or otherwise by guests using the full bedroom, has direct access to the pool deck. All bathrooms have wall-mounted hair-dryers. The home has a keyless entry front door system for added security and convenience for guests. The pool deck has a heatable electric pool with blanket and jacuzzi. There is a covered lanai with ceiling fan and outdoor wall lights and guests can enjoy the use of upgraded tubular patio furniture with cushions that has 4 loungers, 4 chairs and a round table. The large pool deck is very private with gorgeous views overlooking woodland.
The home is only 10 ~ 15 minutes drive from the four Disney World Theme Parks and 15 ~ 20 minutes from Discovery Cove, Sea World and Universal Studios.
