This lovely 3 bedroom 3 bathroom two-storey town home features a living room with a 36" TV with DVD and VCR player, spacious kitchen that is designed and equipped with the gourmet cook in mind. There is a formal dining area that seats 4 and there are 4 bar stools. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms that consist of a master upstairs with king-size bed, 24" TV with DVD player, en-suite bathroom with wall-mounted hair dryer, single vanity, bath with overhead shower, a toilet and walk-in-closet. The second bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen-size bed and walk-in-closet with en-suite bathroom that has a shower cubicle, single vanity and toilet that has the option of being used as a cummunal bathroom. The third bedroom is upstairs and has two twin beds with a 24" TV, walk-in-closet and an en-suite bathroom. In the living room there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper and there's a full-sized washer and dryer located upstairs. This town home also has a heatable splash pool for your private enjoyment with 4 chairs, 2 side tables and a safety net for those with young children. The property will accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably. The master bedroom overlooks the wetland area in the back.
