This home features 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are masters, (2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds) 4 bathrooms (one with a garden tub), sofa sleeper in living room, 2 high chairs, Pack-n-Play/foldaway crib, BBQ, games room, 6 TV's (32" T.V. In living room, 20" flat screen wall-mounted T.V. in one master, 15" T.V. in other master, 20" T.V. In twin bedroom, 14" T.V. In other twin and a 14" T.V. in the Queen bedroom), 2 DVDs and your own private heatable gas pool with jacuzzi. There is dining for up to 12 people with a formal dining room that sits 6, a breakfast nook for 4 and 2 bar stools. The pool furniture consists of 6 chairs with 2 foot stools and a round table. This home will accommodate 12 people comfortably.
Solana Resort is located just to the west of Walt Disney World, just off of Highway 27 between I-4 and US Highway 192. This makes it ideally placed for access to the main roads to any of Central Florida’s attractions from the Gulf Coast to the Space Coast, and of course the theme parks!
Only 15 minutes from Disney, it is located off one of the areas fastest developing roads (Highway 27, between US Highway 192 and I-4). Getting to anywhere in Central Florida area is a breeze. It also means that you are close to some of the areas best golf courses if you are intending a golf vacation, such as Orange Lake Golf Club and Greg Norman’s Champion Gate to name only a few.
The community of Solana is gated and has a clubhouse with a games room and picnic area, heated community pool with hot tub, picnic area, putting green for practicing before hitting the many golf courses in the area, beach volleyball court and soccer field. The clubhouse is open from 8:30am to 8:00pm daily.
Sea World and Universal Studios, amongst others, are also just a short drive away. Convenient too for shopping, including the factory outlets, superb Florida and Millennia Malls and Posner Park - it is going to be difficult to fit everything into a single vacation!
For added convenience we are only a few miles from the areas newest Super Wal-Mart for groceries and about everything else you could want or need. They even have an International Foods Isle selling all the British favorites from Branston Pickle to Heinz Baked Beans in tomato sauce! Turnday: Any.
