This charming single-storey 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home has a living room, formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook area that seats 4. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that has an oval bath, separate shower cubicle, 2 vanities, toilet room, tiled floor and walk-in-closet, a second bedroom with full-size bed and 2 twin bedrooms) and a full communal bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have window treatments as well as the traditional blinds. There's a 37" flat-screen TV in the living room with DVD player, 27" TV in the master bedroom with a 14" T.V in the full bedroom with VCR. The formal dining table seats 5 and there's also a breakfast nook table that seats 4. Enjoy lounging around your own private south-facing swimming pool with a screened deck where you can unwind after a busy day at the theme parks, shopping or signtseeing. Eagle Pointe is only a 12 minute drive to all of the Disney Parks and Downtown Disney and only 20 minutes to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and International Drive with all of its attractions and restaurants.
