This lovely home sits on the golf course in the community of Esprit at Polo Park East. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 6 TV's, 1 DVD player, a formal dining area that seats 4 with an overhead chandalier and a fully-eqiupped kitchen with breakfast nook area that seats 4. The front living room is elegantly furnished and has a 32" TV and DVD player and is didvided from the formal dining area by a low partition wall with a column. Tthe rear family room also has a 32" TV along with a ceiling fan, an easy chair, sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, 2 end tables with lamps and a coffee table. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king-size bed, ceiling fan, 2 bedside tables with lamps, dresser, 19"TV, TV unit and walk-in-closet. There is also an en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom with his n' her vanities with marble top, oval-shaped bath, shower cubicle and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables with lamps and a 13"TV.
