This villa model Jacqueline with study room is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath with its own private screened pool and spa built by the Mercedes Home Builders. This home is located in Legacy Park in the sub-division of "The Estates", a peaceful sub-division situated approximately 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and conveniently located for other attractions, shopping and golf. This beautifully furnished home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10 people.
The home has a total of 5 TV's, 4 DVD's and a VCR player. The master bedroom has a king size bed with 32" TV and two reclining/swivel chairs with a round table. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a 20" TV and a DVD player. The third and the fourth bedroom both have two twin-sized beds in each room and a 13" TV with DVD built in. The en-suite master bathroom offers his and her vanities with a full-size showercubicle and large soaking tub. The second bathroom has a walk in shower and has access to the pool for added convenience. The third full bathroom is between the two twin bedrooms. The sleeper/sofa in the family room will sleep two people.
The home has 2 living rooms (a family room with sofas including a sofabed and a chaise lounger and a living room with coffee table - both have direct views and access to the pool deck), a formal dining area that seats 6 comfortably, an ample fully equipped kitchen with island , a breakfast nook with seating for 4 and 2 bar stools in the kitchen. There is also a desk area with free cable internet access wired or wireless ready. The family room has 42" HDTV ready TV with basic cable package and a VCR/DVD connected. The laundry room has a washer, a dryer, iron and board and all towels and linens included. This house also comes with an alarm system. The large pool patio area is fully furnished with a round table, 6 chairs and 3 loungers - all tubular with cushions, there's an 'L' shaped covered lanai with lighting and a heatable pool and spa. One of the bathrooms has the convenience of having direct access to the pool deck. The deck also has a security fence for children's safety and is west-facing to take advantage of the lovely sunsets.
