Casa Biennale has traditional Venetian terrazzo flooring, modern furniture and enjoys of natural light. It consists of two confortable bedrooms (as double or twin rooms) overlooking the fountain of Garibaldi and a tipical venetian courtyard, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen fully equipped (including an Italian coffee Lavazza maker), it endows with independent heating and air conditioning, iron, hairdryer, wi-fi internet connection, baby cot and wash-machine are available on request, ensuring the comforts of a home-away from home. It's forbidden to smoke.
The price includes all charges, taxes, towels, bed linen, welcoming-breakfast and final cleaning of the apartment without overprice.
The district offers the pleasure to wander through the calli among the laundry hanging in the sun, to take the spritz with residents into osteries or at bars, to make shopping at grocery stores, at banquets of fruits and vegetables or fishes, far from the streams of tourists and souvenir shops; the opportunity to get up in the morning and to make jogging along the Sette Martiri side reaching in few minutes the green lung of the city, the island of San Elena.
From the airport, there is the public transport of boats Alilaguna (prices and times on www.alilaguna.com). After landing at the stop of Arsenal, to continue to the right along the shore until the road Garibaldi. Continue along this road until to reach the semicircular garden on the avenue, then immediately right between a grocer and a restaurant there is the entrance door. Alternatively, with a private boat, whose cost is around 120,00 Euros. With a public bus of ATVO (www.atvo.it) or ACTV (www.actv.it) to Piazzale Roma, alternatively, with a private taxi (car).
From Piazzale Roma and from the train station (www.trenitalia.it) urban transport provides a regular service of vaporetti every ten minutes. Take the vaporetto n. 1 or n. 5.1 in the direction Lido. Get off at the Giardini - Biennale, on the left there is the road that leads to the Via Garibaldi. After the Garibaldi fountain, on the right, between a fruit and a restaurant, there is the entrance door. Alternatively, with a private boat, whose cost is around 100,00 Euros.
For those arriving by car, we suggest Tronchetto garage, or municipal garage at Piazzale Roma.
