This beautiful top floor condominium is very pleasing to the eye and will welcome you the minute you walk thru the front door. The balcony has a beautiful panoramic view of Sea World, the Orange County Convention Center and Lake Cay with the walking trail. And in the evening you can watch the fireworks from Sea World, directly from the balcony. This lovely condominium has everything you will require for a very memorable holiday which includes premium furnishings throughout the unit to the breathtaking view of Lake Cay and the surrounding area from the 4th floor patio. This condo is partially handicapped accessible in that the kitchen has bottom cabinets that are lower, the microwave is placed on the counter and the sink is wheelchair accessible; the master bathroom has a roll-in shower and a hand held shower spray and wheelchair access to the sink; and all of the doors in the unit are wider to accommodate a wheelchair passing thru. This condo features a living room, formal dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sofa sleeper, wireless internet access, and 4 TVs and 4 DVD players (42"TV in the living room, 20" TV's in each of the 3 bedrooms). Linens, towels, dishware, cookware and utensils are provided. This condo has elevator access and will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably with 2 King size beds, 2 Twin size beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

If that isn’t enough you have access to all that Vista Cay has to offer as well that includes recreational opportunities, a walking trail, large community pool with enormous multi-level decks and cabanas, spa, a separate gated kiddie pool, picnic area, basketball court. The community pool depth ranges from 3’3" to 4’3" to 5’. The 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art clubhouse has luxurious furnishings that will welcome you in and includes an internet library, meeting rooms, fitness center, movie theater with a selection of 150 movies that can be pre-booked, arcade/games room that includes 2 pool tables and a concierge desk that is manned from 7.30am ~ 10.30pm daily though is subject to change during quiet seasons. The Clubhouse hours are from 7:00am to 10:30pm. Most of the units at The Isles at Cay Commons are within a 10 minute walk of the main clubhouse at Vista Cay or alternatively you can take a very short drive there.
The Isles at Cay Commons is located at the heart of everything in Orlando! International Drive is lined with all kinds of restaurants from fast food to elegant dining, shopping at the various unique souvenir shops and one-of-a-kind attractions. There is a Publix supermarket conveniently located right next to The Isles at Cay Commons. You can even take a helicopter ride! There is a trolley bus service along International Drive for your convenience and offers exceptional value for money. There are many golf courses in the area, including Shingle Creek Golf Club which has complimentary valet parking and is located just across Universal Boulevard. In addition, SeaWorld and Universal Studios are less than 10 minutes away! There is easy access to I-4 which will lead you to Disney World, Downtown Disney and all of the attractions along US 192. Or you can choose to head on west to Tampa/St. Petersburg (only a 1 hour drive) to take in the fantastic white sandy beaches, or take a tour of The Pier and view the Tampa Bay, or visit Sunken Gardens and Busch Gardens.
