    apr/may/june rental $1500 per week plus 13% tax
    jul/aug/sept rental $1600 per week plus 13% tax
    oct/nov/dec rental $1400 per week plus 13% tax
    note dec 18th through to jan 3rd high season & bank holidays $1600 per week plus 13%tax
    from july 2009 through to Dec 2009 we are giving great discounts on any available dates
