This award winning Istria stone villa is located in the small charming village of Sovinjak. The villa was built in 2007, with all new furniture. It gives more than enough space for 8 people or two families. Inside are wooden ceilings, stone walls and the furniture are all Italian quality furniture. The spacious living room has a large fireplace. Outside is a private pool, two covered terraces and two spacious relax areas, with always one private shaded area..

Nearest Airport: Pula or Trieste at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Buzet at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 20.0 Kilometres

The villa is located on the edge of the hilltop village of Sovinjak, 300 meters above see level. Built into the hillside, the villa taking advantage of the 180 degree views over the rolling hills and hilltop towns. Sovinjac is located right between the cosy east coast and the marvellous west coast. Close to you will find selections of Istrias best restaurants, with their truffle specialities. The valley is one of the best truffle and wine districts of Croatia. Within 20 minutes of driving, you will also find the culture villages of Motovun (film festival) and Groznjan (art and ceramic). The old aristocratic city of Opatija is also within 45 minutes of driving from the villa.
