This tastefully decorated 2-storey villahas 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is located on a corner lot. It is spacious enough for large families or for two families that are vacationing together. This beautiful villa has 2 living rooms, formal dining area that seats 6, gourmet equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 bar stools and a breakfast nook that seats 4. There are 4 TV's and a DVD player (42" flat screen TV in the family room with DVD player, 26" flat screen TV wall-mounted in the queen bedroom downstairs, 26" flat screen TV wall-mounted in the queen bedroom upstairs and 26" flat screen TV wall-mounted in the other queen bedroom upstairs). In the kitchen you will also find a CD music player. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and the villa is on the Phone Program. The bedrooms consist of a queen bedroom downstairs while upstairs there are 5 further bedrooms consisting of a master bedroom with king size bed and tray ceiling that has an en-suite bathroom that includes his n' her vanities, bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet room, wall-mounted hair-dryer and walk-in-closet. There are also 2 further queen bedrooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom with single vanity, shower cubicle and toilet and 2 twin bedrooms upstairs. While both upstairs and downstairs have a communal bathroom with a single vanity, bath with overhead shower, toilet room and wall-mounted hair-dryers.
There is a games room in the garage with carpeted floor, pool table, foosball table, air hockey table and darts board along with a bar table and 2 bar chairs for your enjoyment.
Outside the home there are nice unobstructed views of the wetland and woodland area set below in a valley while at the back of the home on the pool deck why not enjoy lounging around your own private swimming pool with Jacuzzi after a busy day at the theme parks or sightseeing. When the sun gets a little too warm you can “hang out" under the large covered lanai with ceiling lights and enjoy the Florida weather. On the pool deck you will find upgraded furniture (tubular with cushions) consisting of a table, 4 loungers and 6 chairs. There is also a pool safety net for those families with young children and a pool blanket with an electric heatable pool.
And just in case you want to get out for a bit and are looking for more activities, Windsor Hills has everything imaginable! You and your family will find plenty to do here while enjoying your stay in the Sunshine State.
