BLUFF BEACHES & OCEAN VIEWS (PAYNE HOUSE)

We are located near Block Island's historic Southeast Lighthouse and the majestic Mohegan Bluffs. Beaches, nature trails, and town with all its shops, restaurants, and galleries, are all within five miles. Our long driveway provides a peaceful distance from any noise from the street but just a short walk to the unrivaled beauty of the Mohegan Bluffs and beaches. However, you don't need to leave the house to experience Block Island's unique wildlife. From one of the many windows you may see pheasant, cardinal, hawk and even deer. Our first floor's open floor plan and large wraparound deck with partial ocean views are great for large family dinners or barbecues. Every room on the second floor features stunning ocean views. Several southern facing windows provide great sunlight all day long. You can see the sunrise from the kitchen and set from the living room. The many picture windows, new furnishing, hardwood floors and original artwork make this house a pleasure even on a rainy day.
