LARKIN HOUSE is a bright and breezy 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in the Admirals Lane neighborhood of the Truman Annex.

This delightful home has an open floor plan, tile floors downstairs and carpeting upstairs. A roomy kitchen with granite countertops opens into the dining and living areas.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has bath ensuite and is furnished with a king size bed. The guest room also located on the second floor has daybed with trundle and access to the second bath just off the hall.

The living and dinning areas open out to a large deck through two sets of French doors with plenty of space to enjoy the fabulous Key West weather. Patio area is fenced and perfect for enjoying a beverage and balmy breezes. Other amenities include; gated residential neighborhood, community swimming pool and off street parking for one car. Sleeps 6 max.

$2500 per week (Winter)
$2000 per week (Shoulder)
$1700 per week (Summer)

$135 Cleaning Fee Turnday: Any. Amenities: Grill, Off Street Parking, Community Pool, DSL - Internet Service, Stereo.
