SUNNY DAYS - This cottage is beautifully maintained while retaining its original style and structure. Dade County pine is throughout the property adding a feel of old Key West. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable with a full kitchen and washer dryer for your use. Sit in the sun room and write your postcards or the latest greatest American Novel. Be inspired by the ambiance of a simpler time. Central air will keep you cool in the summer but the four (yes four!) sets of French doors open to the cool tropical nights.

Sunny Days offers 2 bedrooms 1 bath with living room, eat in kitchen and writing alcove. Each bedroom has French doors that lead onto the large deck off of the back of the cottage, great place to catch up on some reading or take a nap. Sleeps 4
