Nice Vacation Rental apartment: Nice

We had a lovely holiday in this apartment with our Daughter and boyfriend and Son and friend and we were all impressed when we entered the apartment – there was plenty of space for 6 of us without feeling on top of each other and the layout of the bedrooms ensured privacy for all. The kitchen contained everything we needed including the same Nespresso coffee machine we have at home!

We had the bedroom at the front with views of the Med and French doors opening onto the huge terrace – there was a little road noise below but we preferred this room because of the en-suite. The kids had the rooms at the back also with balconies onto a terrace and they were very spacious rooms.

The Promenade Des Anglais was closer than we imagined so we swam most days and enjoyed early evening drinks in the beach bars. We visited Monaco for 1 night and went by train – it was all very easy and a very enjoyable journey with lovely views.

We all really enjoyed time sitting around the table on the terrace playing card games and scrabble etc and when it got too hot we just flicked the switch to extend the canopy to provide us with shade.

When we needed to keep in touch with home we just grabbed our I-pods – yes they even had wi-fi!

The description of the apartment was accurate and our contact with the owner was professional and helpful throughout from first enquiry to returning the keys at the end of our stay and we would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Nice.

The appartment was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. With 3 teenagers the size of the appartment and the facilites were great.

No need for a car as the beach is only a short walk away, plenty of restaurants and if you are eating in there is a spar a minute away.

We walked to the train station (20 mins,) or you could jump on the tram. We took the train to Monaco one day and Italy the next, it was reasonably priced for the five of us.

The view from the terrace was fantastic, it was great to sit out and relax.

The owner was very helpful from date of booking until we left everything was so organised.

My family and I would definately recommed the accomodation to anyone visiting Nice.

We stayed here for the Monaco Grand Prix weekend, and we loved every minute of our visit. This is a fantastic property - the description is accurate but frankly does not even do it justice - the flat is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the furnituire is lovely. It is ideally located, and has a gorgeous view. The owner is extremely helpful, responsive, and very easy to deal with. A+++ in every way
