Fully renovated in 2011, our stone Provencal farmhouse and its swimming pool are backing the hills of our property, 500m away from the family accommodation.

Our Domain, with oak woods and scrub land was listed in 2009, by an Administrative Decision as “Reserve for wild animals protection and reproduction”, especially roe deer, hares, etc. Therefore you will be able to calmly and safely observe the wildlife with your children.

Many activities can be done at the start of the house, such as hikes, mountain bike to get to the old village of Allan, from the 11th century or the Cistercian Abbey of Ayguebelle.

The Valdaine golf course is 10 min away from the property, as well as the famous Provencal Aisles of Montelimar with cafés and restaurants.

The wrought-iron arbours will allow you to fully enjoy the quietness of the places and the Provencal lifestyle…

A very large panoramic living room, with dining room and fully equipped kitchen are on the ground floor and open widely onto the terraces and the swimming pool deck.

A bedroom with a private bathroom and a South-facing terrace has a very large bed of 180 cm.

A second bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm and a bed of 90cm.

A third bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and a large wardrobe.

A bathroom and a separate WC complete the upper floor of our house.

Some large terraces, sheltered from the winds, will allow you to live the good life from Spring to Autumn.

A petanque set will complete your many outdoor activities!!!
