The cottage is a well used and favourite holiday home, the sunny bright room on one level are simple, informal and comfortable. The large tranquil garden slopes down over rough ground to the shore. Guests can enjoy the wonderful views across the water from the deck beside the shore, the sheltered bay is ideal for children. Deer, seals, otters, pine martin and a huge variety of birds including the sea eagle have been seen around the cottage. Spring cottage is 1.5 miles frin picturesque Port Appin village with its well stocked shop, craft shop and pub and hotel serving excellent locally caught seafood. The area is a wlkers, cyclers and kayakers paradise. Enjoy low level walks locally or the challenge of Glencoe, hire bikes, take the ferry and explore Lismore Island or try some mountain biking in the forests, launching your kayak from the shoreline. Horse riding, fishing and boating are all available nearby. Oban, Mull, Iona, Inverary, Fort William and Mallaig are all within easy reach. 1 double bedroom (king size bed), 1 twin and 1 room with full size bunks, living / dining room with open fire, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath.
