In one of the few houses opening on to the bay dyke of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and in the heart of the old town (between the sea, the harbour and the Louis XVI place). This magnificent apartment of the Sevigne villa, composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is quiet, bright and tastefully decorated (refurbished at the end of 2011). It is very close to the stairs leading to the beach and 200 meters away from the town centre old square leading to the harbour.

Everything that Saint-Jean-de-Luz can immediately offer you are the beach, its activities and clubs for children, restaurants, cafés, the Halles and its very impressive covered food market, as well as a real shopping area in the Gambetta street...

Our family stayed for a week in this beautiful apartment. It appeared it was newly renovated. It featured high ceilings, clean design, open living kitchen and dining room floor plan, beautiful old windows that opened french door style so that you could hear the nearby ocean but closed out all outside sound when shut. The apartment was immaculate and met all our needs. Each of the rooms in the house featured the striped fabric that is so well known for the area. The kitchen and bathrooms all had modern fixtures and appliances. There was a lovely little park a couple doors down that our toddler loved, the beach was steps away, and old town with all its charm and delicious food was right around the corner. The owner/manager was very helpful, recommending restaurants, informing us about local farmers market days walking distance away, and helping us with the wi fi. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Saint Jean de Luz is located in a vast and magnificent bay. Its fine sandy beach and calm waters attract tourists in all seasons. The town centre has lots of shops and is very animated during all of summer.

The harbour is swarming with small coloured trawlers of which some offer hikes or sea fishing.

    A 800.00 Euro security deposit must be paid by cheque or in cash at the handing over of the keys. This security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or by cheque within the 14 days after your departure, unless there are fees related to eventual damages that occurred during the stay. A check-in inventory will be done with the SCI agent and can be used as a reference for all damages.
