Pretty rent 40 m2 exposed to 5 minutes from the ocean rocks in a renovated farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and bike paths, with terrace facing south-east, ensuring sun all day, overlooking a courtyard garden .

Nearby, all the pleasures of the island, including Chateau d'Oleron where you can find his daily market, its shops, huts artists and creators, its oyster harbor and of course its citadel, must visit the island. Two adult bicycles are available to explore the island.

Also near your vacation beaches 'Green Wood' and 'Big village' with all their boating pleasures.

The duplex of 40 m2, for 4 adults and a child, is composed of:

 

- On the ground floor: a large main room with exposed stone and clay soil with a plate fitted kitchen with 4 burners, built in microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher. Also available on your TV, micro hi fi, sofa bed. WC

- First floor: Shower room, toilet, washing machine, 2 bedrooms with wooden floors and exposed stones in a bed 160x200 with storage and another 1 bed 140x190 and a bed 60x140 in a small mezzanine for a child under 11 years

South, near the viaduct in the town of Chateau d'Oleron, your home is located in a place called after a dead end road, more than 500 m from the road through the center of the island. This road takes you to the shops and the beach in 5 minutes, if you choose not to use the bike paths just off the farm. Otherwise, 2 adult bikes are provided free of charge.

Gare SNCF Surgères (3h TGV from Paris) and 40 minutes by car to access viaduct south of the island. The farm is located 5 minutes drive from the viaduct.

A shopping center with Intermarket is 2.3 km. Other local shops are also nearby, including former auction market.
