Detached house with 3 bedrooms, 7 beds and small garden

The Eva's house is a detached house located about 6 km from Viareggio in a quaint village called Torre del Lago Puccini, famous for the works of Giacomo Puccini. The short distance from Viareggio and the Versilia coast makes it an ideal starting point for a beach holiday or base for visits to surrounding towns. The 3 rooms of the house consists of Eve (whose external annexe 1) accommodate up to a maximum of 7 beds and is equipped with a small courtyard outside the front for storage of bicycles and even an outdoor area on the back. The fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the living room, complete the composition of the house.
