Our weekly rates for Spring, Fall and Summer are $1500 to $2,650. (Holidays Exempt) Our decor and bedding is comparable to the Ritz Carlton at $500 nightly for ONE bed! Don't be fooled by others offering bargain basement rates. You DO get what you pay for! The master bedroom has luxury linens and a $2,000 pillow-top mattress,the second bedroom has a luxury queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds both contain trundle beds which are attached and comfortably sleep four children under 70'. The master bathroom contains a full, completely tiled bath and the guest bathroom boasts a beautiful walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 'top-quality' dishware, utensils, and equipment--the living area is warm and comfortable with a stone fireplace and sectional sofa with flat screen TV.

The condominium is bright, airy and is beautifully furnished, fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. For a large party, we have a sister property directly above known as the Bali House (#89756) with the same great decor and floor plan.

We chose this area due to the special nature of the proximity to the beach. We are located on the beach side of PCH, this type of real estate is usually set aside for large estates..

What makes this condo unique

We (two couples) stay for five nights and really enjoyed the Bahama House! It was just as nice as it was advertised and Janet was so great to work with. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved the location, close to the beach and shopping. The beach wasn't crowded and was a lot of fun with the boogie boards and beach items they provided. We would definitely stay again!

Things to note: There was an overwhelming odor of cleaning product when we first arrived, but we were able to air it out by opening windows. There is no a/c, but with the windows open and fans on, it gave a nice ocean breeze.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We just returned from spending five days at the Bahama House in beautiful Dana Point. The property was very clean, quiet and well maintained. It was great staying where our family could all be in one large space instead of hotel rooms. Beds were very comfortable and having a full kitchen & a washer and dryer in the unit was great. We took many walks to the beach and the young kids also enjoyed the pool area. Janet was very friendly and available for any questions we had. We were also allowed to check in early since our flight arrived before noon.

I would definitely recommend the Bahama House to anyone staying in the Dana Point area!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and VERY well stocked with everything we needed. The location is gorgeous and was close to all of the tourist attractions of Dana Point and Laguna Beach. We enjoyed the view of the ocean with our morning coffee and the amazing sunsets over the water. Janet was a pleasure to work with...available whenever we needed her. All in all a most pleasant stay!!!

We arrived at the Bahama House on March 8th and immediately loved the condo. Very clean and comfortable. The condo was perfect for my family of 3 and my sisters family of 4. The beach across the street is by far the most beautiful beach that we saw on the coast. We would without a doubt love to stay there again in the future. We had no problems at all and the local people living in the complex were all very pleasant and welcoming. LOVED IT!!!!!

Our stay at the condo was great. It was the first time we've rented a condo rather than a hotel room, and it was a great decision. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs and toys and ample towels (both bathing and beach). We were traveling with 3 kids, including one who slept for a week in the provided pack & play, and it was perfect. Thank you!

Only two things to note: The beds are quite high, which would have been problematic if my elderly father had been traveling with us; and the condo is not within walking distance of anything but the GORGEOUS beach. Restaurants and shops are very close by car, but not within walking distance.
