Photos and Description of the Sunrise Lakes vacation rental Spacious self-catering accomodation with swimming pool & jacuzzi

This beautiful and spacious villa is located in the community of Sunrise Lakes. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms (1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 2 bedrooms with twin beds), There is also a sofa sleeper in the lounge for additional guest, our villa will sleep 10 people. All bedrooms have cable or satellite TV, and DVD's. A crib, high chair and safe is also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all electrical appliances, double oven, cooker ring, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, ice machine, toaster, blender and kettle. The laundry room is complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. There is a games room in the garage with a pool table and air hockey table. We also have hi speed wireless internet.

Sunrise Lakes is a beautiful community within Orlando, Florida area and is located 1 mile north of West US Highway 192 on US 27. Sunrise Lakes lies perfectly midway between the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, both of which are less than an hour’s drive. There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive. Walt Disney World is 10 minute drive with many other Disney attractions only 15 minutes away. Sea World and Universal Studios is less than 30 minutes away. Within walking distance there is a bank, post office, supermarket, fast food restaurant and a pharmacy. There are many restaurants on US 192, just 5 minutes away. So everything you need is very close. You will also find the Premium Factory Outlets for the bargain hunters. Millennia and Florida Malls are less than 30 minutes drive. The beaches are about 90 minutes drive, while to the east you have Kennedy space centre and Cocoa beach which are both about an hour's drive

Additional information about rental rates

  • Stays of less than six nights will incur a cleaning fee. Our villa is cleaned before and after your stay but if an additional clean is required a fee will be charged. Pool heat if required is £15.00 per day (recommended November-April) Discounts available for longer stays. If our villa is recommended rewards will be given. Our prices includes local taxes.

    Reservation of your dates will be held for five days until confirmation. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. All reservations made within 8 weeks of booking require full payment. An inprint of your credit card will be required for a security deposit of $350 on arrival. Cancellation 8 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit 50% of total. 4 weeks - 100% loss of total.

These two rooms are ideal for kids. There are TVs & DVDs in all of the bedrooms, and also walk-in wardrobes. We have a double sofa sleeper in the lounge area for additional guest. A cot/crib is also provided for babies or toddlers
