The leisure centre is secure and is a safe haven for children. With air conditioning and heating units installed, the apartment is luxuriously appointed in a contemporary style and equipped with every modern convenience for a comfortable holiday in a 'home from home' environment year round. In close proximity to several top class golf courses, excellent walking country, beautiful beaches, quaint fishing villages and cosmopolitan towns and marina's, the area has something for everyone. With several supermarkets and restaurants within close proximity, Oasis Parque is the perfect base for a relaxing summer or winter break, or for a longer stay.

Oasis Parque is situated in Chao das Donas, a traditional Portuguese village with a selection of local bars and restaurants and a weekly village dance with live music. The Parque is within easy walking distance of Portimao Retail Park and other grocery stores and has good transport links with regular buses to Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Portimao. There is a fully licensed restaurant/pool bar onsite. It is not necessary to hire a car to stay at the Parque, however it can be booked at reception. The area is popular with walkers as the Monchique hills are only 20 minutes away with a regular bus service from Portimao. 17 Championship Golf courses within an hours's drive with guests receiving 10% discount at the sister resort of Boavista Golf in Lagos. There is very easy access to the A22 for those hiring a car. All the attractions in Central Algarve are within 1/2 hrs drive and transfers can be booked at reception.

  • A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks beforehand. If a cancellation has to be made, the owner will undertake to re-let the apartment, however if it cannot be re-let it may not be possible to refund all the money due to costs incurred so please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover this eventuality.

  • A security deposit is not taken because the apartment is let on the basis that the guest will kindly replace anything they break at their own cost. If anything major happens and there is substantial damage to an expensive item, then please notify the owner immediately so that an insurance claim can be made.

Notes: This is a NON SMOKING apartment but guests may smoke out on the balcony. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift so unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchairs users. The stairs are not steep however so it is suitable for the more active elderly person. If guests wish to bring their lap lop or netbook, internet access can be provided via the use of an internet pen on the Optimus network. The signal from 108 and the pool area is excellent. This service is payable locally in cash, please enquire at the time of booking.

Der Urlaub hat schon mit dem netten Kontakt der Vermieter begonnen. Die Anlage ist super organisiert und sehr sauber. Das Apartment hat eine wunderschöne Einrichtung, alles sehr sauber und die Lage fanden wir top. Man kann in alle Richtungen Freizeitaktivitäten unternehmen. Alles in allem einfach zu empfehlen.
