Photos and Description of the Calvados vacation house rental Comfortable house with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with beautiful surroundings

Situated just outside Bayeux, the house is located in a beautiful park with century old trees. It's just the ideal place for a vacation in Normandy, close to all the activities it can offer. There are two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with bath. We can provide you an extra mattress and/or child cot if you need (there's enough space to put them). The general idea is to enjoy a quality housing in a privileged atmosphere. The price includes house-cleaning done at the end of your stay except for the kitchen working area (stove, oven, cutlery, etc. NOT the floor). There's everything you need : 2 TV sets, garden chairs, baby high chair, barbecue, dishwasher, fridge, deep-freezer, microwave, washing machine, hoover, electric iron, etc. Bed linen and bath towels provided. WE JUST HAD A LOOK AT THE TWO REVIEWS written by some of our guests. THEY sum up better our place. Thank You !

The Place To Stay In The Normandy Region

One does not need to look any further for a place to stay in the Normandy region. The owners were exceedingly accommodating, friendly and their information of the region made our stay just that much better. Situated in beautiful surroundings, the home surpassed our expectations. In addition to the location, all of our shopping needs were within a 10 minute drive. The purpose of our visit was to explore WW2 sites and we could not have selected a superior location. Bayeux is a beautiful city and the Tapestry is not to be missed. There is no question that we would stay there again and look forward to
a return visit.

This was a wonderful experience. The house is on the grounds of a working chateau/dairy farm. Not only beautifully decorated with lovely comfortable furniture, but this house is immaculate and well kept with a fullly stocked kitchen. The owners were extremely helpful and our stay was truly a great week. We toured all the WW2 memorials as well as some lovely beaches and villages. Bayeux was a great town in itself. Do not miss this house as it is much better than shows in the advertisement.

Great vacation experience

Our one week stay at this cottage on the outskirts of Bayeux was wonderful. The property owners were extremely congenial and pleasant. The location was exceptional, being close enough to just run out for any groceries that we may need and the city center for touristy stuff. It's proximity to the Normandy beaches and other sites (Mont St. Michel, Honfleur, etc.) is perfect. Would we reserve this residence again? In a minute!
