Four bedroom, two bath, casually elegant, tri-level contemporary home. One-half acre of spectacular landscaped gardens with various seating areas; stunning view of vineyards. Sunny deck with gas barbecue and patio dining. Main living floor is elevated. Living room with vaulted ceiling,wood-burning fireplace and ceiling fan; formal dining room. Upstairs is a large master suite with queen bed and bathroom with jetted bathtub and shower. Queen beds in other two bedrooms are on main living level. Main floor bathroom has shower only. Ground floor family room acts as fourth bedroom with queen sleeper. Wireless high-speed Internet access; unlimited domestic long-distance telephone; 37" LCD HDTV with DVR in living room, 42" LCD HD (1080) TV with DVD in family room. Dog-friendly, but limited to dogs under 25 pounds due to neighbor's chickens and cherry floors; yard is fenced but is not secure against escape artists. Washer/dryer. One level mile to downtown Guerneville and Johnson's Beach. http://www.rrgetaways.com/vineyardv_1.htm. Location: Guerneville, CalifornIa 95446. One week minimum in July and August.
