Two bedroom, one bath secluded home with hot tub, located on several acres, 1 ½ miles from the town of Guerneville, is surrounded by redwoods, apple trees, a small fish pond and offers beauty and peaceful surroundings. All rooms have double French doors letting in light and providing lovely views of the grounds. There are hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room/bar and hall. Wood burning stove in the living room provides ambiance and warmth during the winter months, although there is central heat.
The living room has a wet bar with blender and ice bucket, television with surround sound, HBO, DVD player, and full stereo system. The bright large kitchen has everything you need to prepare great meals -- gas range, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven, cookware, spices and dishwasher. Large back bedroom has tile floors providing a cool room to rest during the day. This bedroom has a piano, desk/computer work area with high-speed Internet access, satellite TV and queen bed. Front bedroom has a double bed, large closet and opens up to the deck and 6-person hot tub. The deck has comfortable seating a redwood picnic table and gas grill with rotisserie. There is a stone patio with fire pit to enjoy the cool evenings and starry nights. A fairy grove of redwoods with terra cotta tile floor provides a cool place to sit during the hot afternoons.
Four bicycles and two kayaks are provided for your outdoor enjoyment. Beach chairs, inflatable toys, mats and umbrellas are provided for trips to the beach.
