We have always stayed in hotels or resorts when visiting the Caribbean in the past but thought we would try a condo when we decided to return to St Martin. The Bella Mare was very comfortable and exactly as described and more, we lacked for nothing. Grocery stores and restaurants are all within walking distance, we purchased fresh groceries every day for breakfast and lunches and enjoyed the local restaurants in the evenings. During previous visits to the island we would venture out to various beaches during the day however we never felt the need to leave Simpson Bay since it was so peaceful, private, the views were stunning and we had all the comforts of home at our fingertips. The property manager representative "Jill" was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as Lori from SXM Beach Rentals. Our stay at the Bella Mare was exceptional and we look forward to returning again the next time we visit the island.
