Built in 2011 this 2200 sq ft 'Villa' has been built to a high standard with quality finnishings.Tiled floors throughout help keep the villa cool. All rooms have ceiling fans and central air conditioning is fitted throughout. The bedrooms are large and have fitted wardrobes. A modern european kitchen and seperate utility room makes dining inn a pleasure. The dining table for 6 compliments the living area to make this villa your home from home. Two covered porche's at the front and the back allow you to dine in comfort as the sun rises and sets. Large secluded, safe family friendly garden to the rear with a large decked area to sunbathe and dine on.

With views out towards the cannal at the front and a secluded rear garden .

Only 120 meters from the beach.

All of this with daily flights from U.K and Florida.
About Mr ALAN WATT

Hi my name is Alan and I live with my wife Marion and our two teenage children about 25 miles south of Edinburgh in Scotland , UK.

I work as a paramedic and our two children are in full time education.

We went to Casuarina Point on holiday and fell in love with the place instantly. We decided to buy a plot of land and build our dream holiday home .The plot we purchased is only 200 feet from the beach. The garden is very secluded and we have open views over the cannal at the front.

The villa is only 200 feet from the crystal clear waters and the pure white sandy beach at Casuarina Point. The sailing, snorkeling and the bone fishing is out of this world. The villa has all the comforts of a modern home and the furniture is designed to help you relax on your vacation.

Paradise definitely found.

A lovely home in a very special corner of this world. We found the home quite easily, thanks to Alan's perfect directions (he is an absolute joy to correspond with; very prompt and informative replies). The home is new and very spacious...and clean. There is a nice sitting area in the back, and a grill, kayaks, etc. We didn't use the A/C, as the fans and open windows made for perfect sleeping conditions (plus, at this time of year, the heat isn't too intense). Steps away is the most incredibly beautiful white crescent-shaped beach featuring crystal clear blue water. At low tide, you can walk out onto the exposed sand bar, which extends almost endlessly. A gorgeous place for sundowners. As said, the home is very clean, and comfortable. The WIFI was a nice bonus (to look at tides, keep in touch). Easy access to Marsh Harbour along the "highway". Overall, a perfect stay--we are already dreaming of our return!

Truly Paradise

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Casuarina Point. The villa was very quiet, spacious, clean, totally new and comfortable. Everything in the house worked great, the airconditioning was modern and silent. The location of the villa is very private, the back garden is secluded with no properties looking into it and is surrounded by pine trees on all three sides.
The beach Casuarina Point is gorgeous and quiet and just a 2 min walk from the villa. The owner of the villa is very friendly and helpful and quickly answered all my e-mails and lots of questions. The local caretaker and all the people in Abaco are also all soooooo friendly and helpful.
Abaco is really a great place to stay, there are so many beautiful, long beaches for nice beach walks, it´s very peaceful, safe and in Marsh Harbour there is a huge Supermarket where you get everything.
We can recommend the villa to all, who are looking for a new, clean, comfortable, peaceful and affordable place to stay with a close beautiful, quiet beach.

Our Honeymoom

We had a fantastic honeymoon at our destination of Causarina Point. The weather was absolutely perfect, at a comfortable 30 degree C every day. The beach is like paradise, with clean clear water and a beautiful long sandy beach.
The house is brand new, clean, spacious and a perfect setting for a family or a couple. The local caretaker for the villa, Rex, is very kind, friendly and helpful and was happy to assist with anything.
The local town, Marsh Harbour, is about a half hour drive away, where there is a huge supermarket, shops, and plenty of places to eat out.
We would highly recommend this location and villa and sure you will enjoy your stay as much as us, it really is paradise.
