Fully furnished apartment with a bedroom with 2 beds and a large livingroom with a sofa that converts to 2 beds. 1 large bathroom and 1 separate guest toilet. The dining area seats 6. Large terrace of 16 sqm, overlooking the lake. Indoors parking space close to the apartment. Modern, top-of-the line kitchen.

In the building there is access to an indoor swimming pool, gym and outdoor sunterrace with heated jacuzzi with a fantastic view of the Alps.
