Sweet Pea Cottage is a delightful, one bedroom, single story, stone built cottage attached to the Owner’s property with a separate, private entrance, off street parking and use of the beautiful south facing gardens. The landscaped gardens offer visitors peace and quiet while still being in close proximity to all that Cornwall has to offer. The property is furnished throughout to a high standard and offers many extras. The sitting room with dining area opens on to a private patio and the extensive garden beyond – a perfect sun trap with garden furniture and BBQ. The sitting room also has a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player as well as a selection of books, games and DVDs. A wood burning stove has recently been installed in the sitting room for the benefit of our guests with a free supply of logs. FREE WFI.
The double bedroom has a double aspect outlook on to the garden. It also has ample wardrobe space, a flat screen TV, radio and hairdryer. All linens are high quality cotton .
A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and stools, dishwasher, washing machine , electric cooker , fridge, freezer etc… as well as a large shower room completes the accommodation.
Rates include all utilities and cleaning on departure. All linen and towels are provided. Central heating is provided in the mornings during winter months to allow guests to have the benefit of warmth and comfort to commence the day and Sweet Pea now has a wood burner with a free supply of logs for our guests on those chilly days and evenings.

The village of Scorrier is ideally situated between the North & South Cornwall coasts, making it the perfect location from which to explore this fascinating and historic area of England.
The city of Truro and the historic port of Falmouth are within easy reach. Falmouth boasts the third largest natural harbour in the world and is also home to the National Maritime Museum.
A great day out to the South of the county is to St. Ives with it’s cobbled streets, harbour, beautiful beaches and galleries – the place that has inspired so many artists and writers over the years. The wonderful St. Mary’s Mount, the ancestral home of the St. Aubyn Family, as well as Penzance, Lands End and the Lizard are all , an approximate, 45 minute drive away. To the North, at around the same distance, you will find the famous Eden Project at St. Austell.
The golf courses of Killiow, Tehidy, Perranporth and Truro are all close by and the nearest sandy beach a mere 3 miles away.
