- The Villa is very spacious, each bedroom is en-suite. We have 2 child cots available plus a foldaway single bed.Do note the sleeping arrangements in that one of the 4 bedrooms is located at pool deck level, making it a self contained room with its own private entrance.

Things to do: If you enjoy sailing, and I do, you're going to love Marigot Bay and Rodney Bay Marina, which is just down the road. You can charter boats easily, and if you can't sail, get a skipper to do all the work. Seeing the Pitons from the water is the best way. Try the day trip flight to Tobago Cays, you won't believe your eyes, stunning, trust me. For the very best view of the Pitons on dry land try lunch at the Dasheen Restaurant. Deep sea fishing is great fun, see YouTube pictures (ST.LUCIA-VILLA RETREAT) we caught a tuna for dinner, the best we've ever tasted. Scuba Diving is popular or go snorkelling down at the nearby beach, it's like a huge aquarium. There's horse riding on the Cas En Bas beach, rainforest walks, zip wire through the jungle, a tram-like ride that goes through the tree tops of the rainforest. Or sit, read, sleep and have another rum punch.
Getting Around: You can use taxis but most people rent a car. They drive on the left on St.Lucia and all key routes offer good roads. Everyone wants to know how close the villa is to Rodney Bay, it takes less than 10 minutes to drive there, the Marina is closer still but still a drive away. You could walk easily down the hill to the nearest beach, but why would you, because walking back in the heat is a killer, so use the rental. Cap Estate is considered the posh part of St.Lucia, it is beautiful, exclusive and private, you can cycle, jog or even walk but again I would recommend getting about in the car.
Terms and Conditions: 1. The payment procedure is 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking. 2. Balance 45 days before arrival 3. All payments by certified check or direct bank transfer 4. Rates include all taxes 5. Cancellation policy : The guest acknowledges that the initial payment is non-refundable. If the guest cancels the reservation after the final payment and we can rent to another party for the same dates/times/rate then 50% would be returned. However the guest understands and acknowledges that the owner has no obligation to re-reserve upon guest's cancellation. The cancellation may be cancelled by the owner in the event the property is withdrawn from rental and in that event our liability to the guest is limited to the rental paid to date and does not cover air tickets and other travel related costs,
Golf: There is an 18 hole Golf Course within minutes of the Villa. The new club house is luxurious, you have to see it to believe it and they do a fantastic lunch. Go visit, you don't have to play golf to be there. And if you do play you get an electric golf buggy to drive yourself from hole to hole, how good is that? You can even rent clubs, this is paradise believe me. I managed to complete the course once, all other times I got to 12 and gave into the heat and a chance of a cold beer.
