Additional information about rental rates

  • For stays of less than five nights, there is a cleaning fee of $75. A hotel tax of 12% is charged to all fees, and collected by the owner at the time of rental payments. A reservation is made with a $250 deposit.  The balance of the rent and tax are payable a month prior to arrival.  For security deposit at the time of check-in, a credit card imprint will be taken by the local management company, Millenium Management LLC. They place a $500 'hold' on the card which is released upon departure. It does not appear on the credit card statement.

Guests have described their stay at this property as surprisingly spacious, and nicely appointed. The Isles at Vista Cay location is perfect for all the many attractions available in the Orlando area. In contrast to Davenport or Kissimmee, the central location minimizes your time spent in traffic on the Interstate Freeways. Dozens of restaurants are found on nearby International Drive, or cook in your own villa with the fully equipped kitchen. The two resort pools are uncrowded unlike local hotels, and one is located directly in front of the building. The main clubhouse has all the amenities including a business centre, concierge, and sports court. Meeting rooms are available and can be scheduled for private events or business groups.

Two enormous and glamorous shopping malls are within a five miles' drive, the 'Florida Mall,' or the 'Mall at Millenia.' Alternatively, the two nearby Designer Outlet Malls are found on International Drive. Alternatively, view the exotic headwaters of the Everglades in a Fan-powered boat, or view the wildlife at the world-renowned 'Gatorland' park and preserve. An evening stroll at exciting 'Downtown Disney' boardwalk or 'Universal Citywalk' will feature local nightlife and music, as well as famous restaurants and entertainment such as the Blue Man Group, or the Cirque de Soleil. There is much to entertain the visitor in this tropical vacation paradise.

What a time we had! The condo is beautifully decorated, and overlooks a lake. You can see Sea World and the fireworks from the balcony. The location is perfect - just minutes from Sea World, Universal and Disney. A grocery store is just around the corner. Highly recommended!!

Excellent location-very quiet, yet close to everything we needed. Our group ranged from age 8 to 81, and it was perfect for everyone! The pool area was great and the Millenium management staff were very helpful. The condo was very well kept and well equipped. We had busy, fun filled days at the nearby parks and then went "home" to a lovely condo-what more could you ask for? We would definitely recommend this property to friends & family members. Carol & John

This condo is in a perfect location. Very close to the airport and great location for shopping! It is extremely quiet and the staff is very friendly. Condo is very clean and the bird wathcing was quite spectacular. The pool area was very nice and not crowded at all! We hope to return again real soon.

This is a very tastefully designed condo with 3 spacious bedrooms each equipped with a wall mounted TV. It is a very quiet corner unit overlooking the lake. I thoroughly enjoyed daily walks on the path around the lake.often seeing a variety of wildlife. The condo was very clean and we did not lack for anything. I was able to bring my laptop and enjoy the wireless internet.The pool and hot tub are easily accessible. A grocery store is located right outside the gate and within walking distance. Elevators are easily accessible to gain access to the fourth floor. It is very close to all theme parks, other local attractions and dining. Of course you cannot beat the sun and warmth of Florida. I would definitely rent this property again.

This condominium is a spacious, beautifully-decorated vacation home. This corner unit is quiet and serene with a view of Sea World across the lake. Each bedroom has comfortable beds and a TV. The kitchen is well-supplied with dishes, silverware and appliances. A supermarket is conveniently located within a mile.
The pool is very well maintained and the water is kept at a comfortable temperature.
The Isles vacation community is centrally located in Orlando with easy access by car to Sea World, Disney World, the Convention Center and Universal studios. Overall we had a great time on our vacation at Vista Cay.
