Luxurious Villa for maximum of 9 people near the sea and the countryside

Villa Margherita is a luxurious villa surrounded by green hills near the Adriatic coast (3 km from the sandy beaches of the Sea) where the sea, swimming pool, overlooking the countryside, gastronomy, art and entertainment make it a unique holiday. The villa, built in the early 1800's, is about 300 m² two-storey building can accommodate up to nine (8 +1): the ground floor is a spacious living room, elegantly furnished with antiques and unique, an area lunch for 10, a charming fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave), a study with a piano and an Internet connection (on request), a guest bathroom. First floor, two large double bedrooms with private bathroom (double sink, shower, toilet and bidet), 2 double bedrooms, a third bathroom (double sink, shower, tub, toilet). Next to the kitchen there is a veranda with barbecue and table with 8 chairs. 8 stunning private pool with sun beds and tables

Villa Margherita is surrounded by a park of pines and olive trees and enjoys a magnificent view over the surrounding hills. The villa has a private swimming pool (5 x 12 m), which can also be used during the night due to lighting system available, and is equipped with 8 comfortable chairs and tables, open shower, dressing room. Large garage (3 cars) and outdoor parking (4 cars). Insect screens throughout the house. Guardians live on site in an independent apartment, and a service kitchen and maid service are available upon request. The beaches are well equipped and umbrellas and chairs can be booked, there are excellent restaurants and bars, and Fano is one of the 'Blue Flag' resort (which means that the sea is considered very clean). The landscape around Fano is characterized by low hills decreasing in height as they approach the sea. The historic center dates back to Roman times and are still regularly finding objects that can be traced back to Roman times. The city is a popular beach resort and the great beaches here (Lido beach and the beach of Saxony) are frequented by tourists in search not only for the sea but also for the peace and good local cuisine. The old town has been restored in recent years and offers many attractions and good shopping. Rimini is about 50 km, 40 km Ancona, while a few miles away is the coast of Conero and the city of Urbino, the pearl of the Renaissance.

Fano is located on the Adriatic Sea, has a wonderful heart of Roman origin, and a very interesting campaign. A few miles from Fano can discover precious medieval villages like Senigallia, Montecassiano San Gines. Urbino, the pearl of the Renaissance, is far 50 km from Fano. Rimini is about 40 km, 40 km Ancona, while a few miles away is the coast of Conero. Amusement Park as Aquafan, Overseas, about 40 km (30 minutes). Wonderland, Fiabilandia.

  • Villa Margarita has two large bedrooms stylish double rooms, each with private bathroom (double sink, shower, toilet and bidet), a terrace from which you can admire the sea in the distance, and two double bedrooms and a third bathroom (with double sinks , shower, tub, toilet and bidet). On request we can add a bed in a room or study if necessary.

Notes: Services included: water, gas, bed linen and towels, cleaning the house and change of towels twice a week (3 hours). Change of sheets once a week (3 hours). A child's bed on request. Not included: electricity consumption (1 kW € 0.30), heating (1 mc 1.30 euros). The final cleaning (80 euros). Guests can have a beautiful gazebo with three beds, a chair, a table on 'Arzilla Beach Village' (July and August € 250 per week and the rest of 150,00 euro per week).
