Stunning property for an amazing holiday

I rented this villa for my 25th birthday in early May 2009. My family and friends were very impressed with the Villa, it was absolutely stunning! The photos do not do it justice- far more beautiful in real life.
We were lucky as the weather was incredible for early May although the pool was still a bit chilly. The villa was very well maintained and beautiful regency style decoration, as I was the birthday girl I took the master bedroom which came with a free-standing bath and central balcony, really lovely touch. All the other rooms had private terraces. There were also two other public terraces with tables and chairs for all- one in a courtyard, great for breakfast and another to watch the sunset. Everyone was very professional and friendly from the villa owner, the housekeeper and pool maintenance. As the place was so well maintained I would say the only downfall is there is a lot of responsibility with the villa e.g. locking every single window, taking sun-lounger mats away when the sprinklers come on etc.
Great additions to the villa include high quality oven, sound system, American fridge, marble flooring, very very spacious. The villa is also in a great location, but in may (start of season) there are no boats to St.Tropez so taxis can be expensive especially if you would like to go out at night. Therefore, a car is needed but if you want to relax you never need to leave! We did during our trip travel to Monte Carlo, Cannes and St.Tropez and the Villa was the perfect gorgeous antidote to the busy cities.
