The terrace is conveniently designed to enjoy the outdoors so much from the porch or on the barbecue area with a large table which accommodates several guests.
Inside, the lounge has a fireplace providing a cozy atmosphere for the cooler nights. It has a large kitchen with the basics and then the master bedroom. The house also sleeps two more in the attic that is on the living room.
The municipality of Valleseco is organized along two main ravines, Barranco de Madrelagua and Barranco de la Virgen, and a central valley where the town takes its name. The arrangement of the three ravines in a South - North orientation and its location more generally speaking in the North of the island, subject the area to the Trade Winds which effects of the on the territory can be admired throughout its levels heights. The house is 920 meters above sea level, receiving much of the water that the winds bring and that is why the area is so beautiful and perfect for growing a variety of vegetables and fruit trees. These climatic conditions at this latitude has given us a great botanical treasure with Parque Rural de Doramas, a unique laurisilva forest of the Macaronesian area, relicts of a vegetation that originally covered the Europe to the Caspian Sea in the Tertiary before the ice ages and can felt like a living fossil in neighboring routes near the house. Along these trails young volcanoes can also be admired such as Pico de Osorio or Montañón Negro and the beautiful Laguna de Valleseco where a variety of birds both endemic and migratory meet due to its riches.
