Welcome to Sunshine Villa Florida! - Our villa is on Clear Creek, Woodridge, on Highway 27 - only a mile drive to the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of Highway 192. It's 8 miles from Disney World and a 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. At the entrance to this semi-residential estate, the Woodridge local centre provides various convenient shops and services. A WalMart has opened 300 yds from the centre. A guest described our villa:-‘superb, on a quiet estate to get away from it all, but only one mile from the Highway 192 for everything you need.' We have 5 bedrooms, all sleep 2 persons, plus a 'Greco' travel cot/crib. We have a hi-chair and stroller/pushchair to help with babies/toddlers. All bedrooms have cable TV, plus there's DVD & VCR players, & a compact hi-fi system. The double garage has been converted into a new games room with sofas, 7ft pool/billiards, 7ft air hockey, electronic darts, cable TV, DVD player & Gamecube. Wifi Internet is free to guests

Our villa is on Clear Creek, Woodridge, on Highway US27 - only a mile drive to the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of Highway 192. It's 8 miles from Disney World and a 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are 22 miles away. The Woodridge local centre provides various convenient shops and services. A WalMart has opened 300 yds from the centre. Lake Louisa State Park is just 10 miles north on Highway 27. There are lots of air boat centres nearby to see the fascinating ‘everglades’ environment. There are numerous golf courses almost on our doorstep. Other local popular attractions include, I-Drive, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Kissimmee Old Town, Orlando Church Street Station, Gatorland, Jungle Adventures, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Arabian Knights, Medieval Times, Capones, and many others.

Attractions: The Magic of Disney is amazing, and quite unique. The local Disney theme parks, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios and the water parks, Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon, are all accessed off Disney World Drive or Osceola Parkway, the nearest being only 8 miles away. But there's so much more to the Disney/Orlando area than the obvious!. There's a multitude of other famous parks like Universal, Busch, Sea-World etc, but also many you may not heard off, many based on nature and conservation themes. Towards Orlando in the Interstate 4 Highway and you have Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World. Please see our website and click on ATTRACTIONS on the left menu.

Florida Sate Parks: There are also numerous State Parks around the area and Louisa Park is a huge beautiful natural area only a couple of miles North of Clear Creek on Hwy 27. Facilities at Lake Louisa include:- Camping, Boating, Boat Ramp, Canoeing, Fishing, Horse Trails, Nature Trails, Picnicking, Showers, and Swimming. The house is in a great location close to theme parks, food stores, restaurants. Amenities are all you could ask for. Good security system. Enjoyed the games room the most. Owner went extra mile to ensure renter satisfaction.

We had a great stay at this villa. We had 4 adults and 3 children that fit very comfortably with even a room to spare! Our kids loved the pool and spent every spare moment they could in it. Good location. Close to stores and restaurants (Walmart was 2 minutes away and very handy). 20 minutes to Disney. Loved our stay and want to come back.

the villa was everything we had hoped for. It is well designed, very child friendly with a brilliant games room. The pool was excellent and well cared for. The house is ideally situated for shopping, eating and all the Dsney parks. Everyone found there way to the house easily even in the dark. Access to Tampa airport and to Fort Lauderdale could not have been more simple. I am sure we will all be back as soon as we can.

Our family stayed in the villa during spring break 2009. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Our younger kids loved the pool and the air hockey, while our oldest (13), who had a broken leg, kept entertained with the game cube video games. There was plenty of room for everyone to have some space, too. The house was easy to find and located close to shopping and restaurants and was an easy drive to Universal Studios.
We enjoyed our stay so much, we are returning in July 2009 to stay while we visit Disney World.
Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!
