Welcome to Sunshine Villa Florida! - Our villa is on Clear Creek, Woodridge, on US27 - only a mile drive to the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of US192. It's 8 miles from Disney World and 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The Woodridge local centre provides convenient shops and services.

It is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED and fanned throughout (except the games room) and has constant hot water.
All 5 bedrooms have cable TV, all sleep 2 persons, plus a Greco travel cot. We have a hi-chair, stroller and baby floor-mat gym. There’s Digital Cable TV in the lounge, DVD, VCR & compact hi-fi. The double garage is converted into a games room with sofas, 7ft pool/billiards, 7ft air hockey, electronic darts, TV, DVD & Gamecube.
Wi-fi 10meg internet is free to guests. The telephone has Caller Display & Voicemail & free US calls
Attractions: The Magic of Disney is amazing, and quite unique. The local Disney theme parks, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios and the water parks, Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon, are all accessed off Disney World Drive or Osceola Parkway, the nearest being only 8 miles away.
But there's so much more to the Disney/Orlando area than the obvious!. There's a multitude of other famous parks like Universal, Busch, Sea-World etc, but also many you may not heard off, many based on nature and conservation themes.
Towards Orlando off the Interstate 4 Highway - you have Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World.

Florida State Parks: There are also numerous State Parks around the area and Louisa Park is a huge beautiful natural area only a couple of miles North of Clear Creek on Hwy 27. Facilities at Lake Louisa include:- Camping, Boating, Boat Ramp, Canoeing, Fishing, Horse Trails, Nature Trails, Picnicking, Showers, and Swimming.
Lake Kissimmee State Park is about 50 miles south – it’s a beautiful natural Florida area with unusual living history demonstrations of the early Florida life. Facilities include: Boat Ramp, Boating, Camping-Full Facility, Camping- Primitive, Camping-Youth, Canoeing & Kayaking, Fishing, Hiking/Nature Trail, Horse/Equestrian Trail, Picnicking & Playground.
