Florence holiday rental

The apartment is located at the first floor of a very old building (1300) in historical centre of Florence, at a few steps from Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) and Piazza Signoria. The apartment has been recently renovated respecting the traditional Tuscan country taste: wooden flooring, wooden on-sight beam ceilings and hand crafted furniture.It consists of a large living room with double sofa-bed, a dining area, a kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and a master bedroom.

Wonderful location in Florence

We just returned from our holiday trip to Florence. We loved the apartment. It was clean and well cared for. It met our expectations. The owner was friendly and helpful. Best of all, the location was amazing. It was around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and very close to Piazza Signoria. Restaurants and shopping nearby. We will definitley go back again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Looking for charm?

This apartment is better than the pictures. In a word it's "convenient". The beamed ceiling, wooden window shutters and other decor give it character. Very clean, close to many restaurants, must-see sights and shopping. We had a rental car and used the garage just a block away. It was expensive, but worth it since there is no parking on this street. After spending a few days enjoying Florence, we took day-trips to discover the vineyards and cities of Tuscany. We felt safe in this location since the police station is nearby. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect location

We have just returned from our trip and our stay at this apartment. The description of the apartment was very accurate -- it was a very liveable and charming place to be. The location was ideal - around the corner from the new market - just a couple of blocks from both the Ponte Vecchio and Plaza Signoria. Alessio was most helpful both in the booking process and during our stay. The apartment had been renovated and had all new appliances and amenities. It was well equipped. There were two restaurants next door -- although we didn't try them they look intriguing. There is some street noise, but it never really disturbed us.

A wonderful find!

This was the place I liked most out of all the places my daughter and stayed on our recent European trip! It's a beautiful apartment--literally one block away from the Ponte Vecchio and the main piazza--has lots of character, and has been impeccably renovated. The owner is also exceptionally generous to his guests: fresh fruit, juice, and wine were all awaiting us on our arrival. I would recommend it to anyone!!
